What will the deliverables be/look like?

Expect an action-oriented final report of key findings and decisive next steps, with an appendix containing session notes, photos and recordings. We customize additional deliverables attuned to your organization and the way it best absorbs and shares information.

You call it Day One. Does it really only take a day?

The collaborative session is a full work day. The entire process from Defining to Reporting normally takes about 4 to 6 weeks from start to finish.
